Job Summary:


We are a midsized Nursing home and we are expanding so we are now looking for a part time administrator to join our lovely team here at Cole Valley.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Utilize computerized systems such as excel and Google Suite for various administrative tasks
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
  • Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and events
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed

Experience:


  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
Up to £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
