Description
The successful applicant will work as part of a highly productive team engaged in the manufacture, supply & installation of fabricated steel products including:
Stairwells, fire escapes, mezzanine floors, agricultural buildings, building extensions, beams & columns etc.

Fencing, gates, railings, handrails etc.

Demonstrable Experience of; Mig & Arc welding, in SLBW, SLFW, MLFW (both free work & jig work).

Experience of cutting, punching & forming of mild steel an advantage.

Experience of working in a high volume production environment.

The ability to work from & create a cutting list from fabrication drawings.

The ability to work productively with minimum supervision.

A positive attitude & willingness to adapt to company working practices.

The ability to work as part of a highly efficient team.

Initial trial period for suitability assessment


Salary:
£12.00-£14.00 per hour

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • MIG welding: 2 years (preferred)
  • Fabrication: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • CSCS Card (preferred)
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
