Event Coordinator
Working for a well-known charity as their event coordinator.

They are looking for someone to help them achieve their goal of providing, health and happiness within the B2C community.

They do this through their events and fundraising.

You will be working with the head of partnerships and the events teams across the organisation. This is a hybrid role based in Covent garden.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Endtoend delivery and coordination of events in a timely manner.
  • Create and manage schedules as well as share this with the relevant teams.
  • Liaising with suppliers, venue organisers and third parties to book relevant events.
  • Raise purchase orders, receipt invoices and cost events.
  • Manage logistics for all fundraising activities, including all signup processes and tracking costs against targets.

Key skills:


  • Able to manage multiple events at a time
  • Experience running / planning events, awards
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in managing PO'S and a budget
  • Supplier management experience
**Salary is £30k plus amazing benefits
