Team Medical Secretary MaxillofacialWe are looking for an experienced Medical Secretary to join our busy department.
This role involves working alongside a team of medical secretaries and we require a hard working individual who has great organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise their work accordingly.
Your communication skills must be first class alongside a professional and friendly manner.You must possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy and an understanding of patient confidentiality and sensitivity is a must.
Looking for full time 37.5 HoursManage and monitor patients through their treatment pathway ensuring compliance
to RTT, cancer pathways and local waiting time standards.
Key liaison between the Trust and outsourced dictation services, or voice recognition
services, for the majority of clinical administration.
Provide comprehensive administrative, clerical and audio typing support to
consultants and their teams.
Work in a team based secretarial service providing support for each other and
ensuring continuity of the service.
The organisation is currently launching its new improvement focus in the form of an improvement system called We Care.
