The Role

The School has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to join and support the Chief Operations Officer (COO) with an extremely busy and varied schedule.

You will also be responsible for minute taking at Board and Committee meetings and providing secretarial support to the Board to support the COO in their role as Clerk to the Board.

This post would suit an individual of the highest calibre capable of establishing excellent working relationships with all members of the team and wider school community.

This includes all members of Senior Leadership Team, Board of Directors, Staff, Pupils, Parents and external parties.

Closing date is midnight Wednesday 3 April 2024.
Interviews will take place in person at The High School of Dundee week commencing 8 April 202- A one-page covering letter demonstrating how your knowledge, skills and experience meet the requirements of the role and why you are interested in working at the High School of Dundee
