Administrator/Receptionist:
London Office
Our well-established client is seeking an administrator to join their friendly and diverse central London office. The main focus of this busy role is on archiving and reception cover.
You will be responsible for checking, recording & closing client files, ready to be sent to storage.
The role does involve some lifting and carrying, as well as the occasional task outside the office so isn't suitable for anyone unable to commit to fairly light but regular physical activity.
In addition to archiving you will cover absences for our assistant dealing with processing post and you will cover the main reception desk every evening from 5-6pm and also when our main receptionist is away from the office or taking breaks.
This is a responsible and varied role and will suit someone flexible and adaptable, with a positive, 'can do' approach.
Most of our fee-earners now work on a hybrid basis. However, you will be joining a small Admin/HR team, all of whom are fully office-based.
We would like you to join us as soon as possible and it is essential that you can commit to full-time office attendance.
