£37,000 - £42,000 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week (9am -5:30pm Mon-Fri, flexible occasional evening or weekend)


Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the resettlement and rehabilitation sector.


My client is looking to take on an experienced permanent manager for their Childrens Crisis Intervention team to work as frontline staff with children and young people and manage the safeguarding team, liaising with local authorities, obtain risk assessmentsand reports for the supervision team and to build a great relationship with their caseload to support the development of children/young people.


Duties will include:

  • Safeguarding and Risk Assessing
  • Managing the supervision team and conduction appraisals
  • Liaising with designated safeguarding lead and other head departments
  • Promote safeguarding to every child and young person that you work with

Experience Required:

  • Essential, must have NVQ Level 3 or above in childcare
  • Must have experience within a crisis team/children and young person's team
  • Understanding of children in care and a passion for helping them
  • Full UK clean Drivers Licence
  • Good administrative skills
This role is easily accesible from Enfield, Loughton, Woodford, Chigwell, Hertford, Hoddeson

You will be required to have a DBS Check for this role prior to starting.
