As a Customer Service/Sales Representative in the telecommunications industry, your role will encompass sales, customer service, and account management.

Working within a designated residential territory, you will engage with customers face to face, assisting them with their needs, resolving inquiries, and promoting products and services.

Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial in providing excellent customer experiences and driving sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers in a face-to-face setting, providing personalized assistance and building relationships to understand their telecommunications needs.

Sales Generation:

Promote and sell telecommunications products and services to customers, utilizing effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.


Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the telecommunications company's products, services, pricing, and promotions. Educate customers about available options and tailor solutions to their individual requirements.

Account Management:
Manage customer accounts within the assigned residential territory. Process orders, upgrades, and service requests promptly and accurately. Maintain customer account information and update relevant systems.

Issue Resolution:
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with appropriate teams to resolve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Retention:
Proactively engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, promote loyalty, and minimize churn. Provide ongoing support and follow-up to address any service-related issues.

Territory Management:
Manage and prioritize customer interactions within the designated residential territory. Plan and organize daily activities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services. Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as technical support, marketing, and account management, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers face to face and build rapport.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive sales and upselling opportunities.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications products, services, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Problemsolving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Proficient in using sales and customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule

Pay:
£550.00-£750.00 per week
