As a Senior E-commerce Executive at JoJo, you'll play a pivotal role in our e-commerce success story.

Reporting directly to the E-commerce Manager and collaborating closely with our talented e-commerce team, you'll be at the forefront of operational excellence, ensuring the seamless delivery of captivating content across our websites and digital channels in the UK, Ireland, USA, and App.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Execute trade initiatives and plans devised by the Ecommerce Manager, continuously seeking opportunities for enhancement.
  • Analysis and Optimisation: Dive deep into ecommerce trading performance, leveraging data insights to drive actionable recommendations aimed at boosting our online presence and performance.
  • Trade and Merchandising: Curate and merchandise our sites to perfection, optimising product showcases to drive conversions during crucial trading phases.
  • Content Collaboration: Work handinhand with content writers and marketing teams to craft compelling content strategies aligned with ecommerce objectives.
  • Performance Marketing Facilitation: Collaborate with our digital performance marketing team, providing valuable assets and briefs to fuel targeted campaigns that deliver exceptional ROI.
  • Communication and Coordination: Foster seamless communication and coordination among internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and flawless execution of ecommerce initiatives.

Your Accountability:

  • Merchandising Mastery: Ensure our site reflects the marketing calendar impeccably, maximizing conversion rates and achieving KPI targets.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Partner with our Next team to enhance conversion and retention rates, implementing actionable insights from postcampaign analyses.
  • Efficient Workflow: Streamline briefing and content workflows to supply digital content to our Next team promptly.
  • Deadline Driven: Ensure all campaigns are set up within deadlines, supporting overarching digital marketing and ecommerce goals.
  • Strategic Reporting: Collaborate with Next on reporting the success of creative endeavors and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Brand Integrity: Ensure all activities align with the JoJo Mamon Bebe brand ethos and standards.

Skills that make you shine:

Experience within an e-commerce or similar trading

  • A strong commercial mindset and customerfirst
  • Excellent data and anal tics skills with confident use of
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and
  • Able to work independently and make suggestions to internal and external stakeholders to improve the site and other content.
  • Excellent communication skills andtake ownership of
  • Proactive and positive approach to problemsolving.
