An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this PE-backed, rapid-growth organisation as a Marketing Communications Manager.

This is a newly created role and integral to the function's global growth, being part of a team that is Vision and Purpose-led.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive an ambitious Marcomms strategic plan in line with the Group's priorities, vision and values.
  • Lead on and manage innovative, creative, collaborative and customerfacing approaches to marketing campaigns and plans, with current and future customers and key stakeholders.
  • Drive physical and digital marketing strategies to maximise customer relations, breakthrough into new markets, bring new capabilities to market and drive lead generation through targeted campaigns.
  • Develop a strong strategic and tactical grasp of current industry trends whilst being able to paint the vision of the Group and its subsidiaries for the future.
  • Become the Brand Guardian for the business and its subsidiaries, continuing to develop an evolving Brand strategy and ensuring clarity and consistency across the Group as it grows.
  • Develop and drive an impactful employee communications strategy that unites and engages employees under the brand.
  • Work with the Chief People Officer to support Groupwide communication of People Initiatives and other HRrelated comms.
  • Implement a robust measurement strategy across all aspects of Marcomms in line with the Group's ethos of datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business to deliver effective communication strategies across external and internal audiences.
  • Manage and support a small, growing team of Marketing and Employee Comms Execs to deliver tactical campaigns and foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the function.
  • You will be an experienced Marcomms professional with proven experience working both within the external and internal communications spaces.
  • You will have experience in developing and driving B2B Marketing strategies within an SME or multibrand organisation.
  • You will have handson experience in digital marketing as well as physical marketing.
  • You will have experience in managing creative and brand agencies to get the best out of them.
  • You will have experience managing a team.
  • You will be handson, and agile and have a creative approach to problemsolving.
  • You must have strong written and writing in both French & English (Spanish additionally).
  • You must be comfortable with a predominantly remote role with a global team, along with international travel occasionally.
