Our vibrant People Team is looking for a dedicated People (HR) and Talent (Recruitment) Administrator to bolster our workplace culture rooted in fairness, openness and compliance.

About the role:


As a People and Talent Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the team with various administrative tasks related to employee relations, HR processes, and recruitment.

You will be instrumental in the full employee lifecycle, contributing to attracting, selecting, and onboarding our talented individuals across our diverse teams.


In your first three months you will:

  • Familiarise yourself with company policies and procedures related to HR administration, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Support the wider People Team in organising and scheduling meetings and training sessions.

In your first six months you will:

  • Collaborate with the Head of People and Talent Acquisition Lead to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
  • Proactively build internal relationships to increase awareness and support of the People and Talent functions.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the onboarding process, ensuring that new hires receive a seamless and informative onboarding experience.

In your first year you will:

  • Take ownership of the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that it is continuously improved and refined based on feedback and evolving organisational needs.
  • Work with the Head of People and Talent Lead to implement strategies to enhance the onboarding experience, such as developing comprehensive onboarding materials, conducting and reviewing feedback surveys and identifying areas for process improvement or efficiency gains.
  • Gain a deeper understanding of employee relation processes and support in addressing employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment conducive to employee wellbeing and productivity.
  • Assist in the coordination of training and development initiatives, including organisational training sessions, tracking employee participation and the overall effectiveness and feedback of the sessions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes to improve effiency, suggesting and implementing automation and techn ology solutions to optimise workflow to reduce any administrative burdens.

Key responsibilities:


  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and external parties to resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Act as the primary contact for all internal and external recruitment enquiries, including ownership of the resourcing and recruitment inbox.
  • Ensure accurate and uptodate records of employee information, such as personal details, employment contracts, benefits, and performance reviews.
  • Handle confidential information with sensitivity and in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Draft and review HRrelated documents, such as employment contracts for new starters, promotion letters, and disciplinary records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including administering inductions and completing all necessary administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, assisting employees with benefits enrollment, changes and queries.

Essential skills and experience:


  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines in a fastpaced, growing environment.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with the ability to analyse problems, develop solutions and escalate as necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • An understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures, including recruitment processes, employment law, and best practices.

Desirable skills and nice to haves:

  • We use HiBob as our HRIS, Teamtailor as our ATS and Zavvy as our LMS, any experience with these is a nice plus.
  • Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

- £25,000 to £30,000 DOE.
