The key responsibilities of a Finance Assistant will include:- Manage day-to-day financial transactions
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Participate in financial audits and collaborate with accounting team
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
- Support other finance project requirements as needed
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- Previous experience withing Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
- A proactive approach to problemsolving
