An exciting development opportunity has arisen for a secondment/fixed term position to support the Operational Lead to manage the day to day operational needs of a number of clinical services (Long Covid Rehab, Podiatry, Community Diabetes).

We are looking to recruit a determined, forward thinking & intuitive Deputy.

This is an exciting new role for someone wishing to take the next step as a manager or an experienced Team Leader looking for further personal development.

To support the Operational Lead in development and delivery of service strategy; organisational development and the management of risk within relevant specialities.

Responsible for monitoring and improving performance targets across the services by implementing new systems and processes that contribute to the effectiveness and productivity of the team clinical data.

Deputising for the Operational Lead where appropriate.

This post may may be extended or become a permanent position.

The service received an overall rating of Good by the CQC and an Outstanding for care and compassion of which we are rightly proud.

We have also been recognised both locally and nationally by receiving awards for the services we provide.

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.

Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.
