The role:


Hybrid-role working also in the London Head Office, this role is suitable for someone with a proven background of working minimum 1-2 years in an Ecommerce team.

They are analytical, technically talented, solutions-focused and used to working with a data-centric approach. They are commercially minded, understand the digital shopping landscape and are passionate about driving online business.

They are naturally organized, have meticulous attention to detail, a strong work ethic, smooth communication skills and an interest in the Beauty industry.


What you'll do:


Trade Reporting:


  • Assist in achieving seasonal sales and profit targets through strategic analysis and actions.
  • Monitor and analyze daily and weekly trade performance metrics to identify opportunities for sales optimization.
  • Own the monthly General Managers report, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all relevant Ecommerce activities.
  • Keep abreast of competitor activities and industry trends, particularly in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and merchandising.
  • Provide detailed product performance analysis for Supply & Demand, CRM, and general insights.

Product & Promotion Merchandising:


  • Collaborate with the Digital Content Executive to execute ecommerce animations and manage promotions and offer mechanisms.
  • Maintain product data and catalogue hierarchy online, including code creation, pricebooks, and categorization.
  • Develop and execute a merchandising strategy to optimize online business for various product lines and offers.
  • Ensure timely execution of product launch plans and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and datadriven mindset to drive online growth and market share.

Support on Project Delivery:


  • Provide merchandising or promotional codes as required for commercial functionality evolutions.
  • Participate in website personalization efforts, including idea generation, execution, and performance analysis of CRO tests.
  • Support collaboration between Acquisition Manager and line Manager to strategically market and optimize product launches and keywords across various channels.
  • Monitor product reviews and collaborate with customer services to optimize merchandising.
  • Assist in the integration of new ecommerce services in collaboration with warehouse and IT.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new thirdparty service providers.

You are:


  • Analytical and have the ability to produce, analyse and maintain accurate reports.
  • Enthusiastic, assertive, and motivated.
  • Passionate about Ecommerce, digital and emerging technologies.

You have:


  • Proven experience working in a CMS such as Demandware (SFCC).
  • 12 years prior experience working in an Ecommerce team.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and Computer literacy skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with an acuteness and eye for detail.
  • Proven ability of working autonomously under pressure.
