The Role
In this role, you will actively contribute to the daily operations of our weddings and events department. Supporting the delivery of the daytime service you'll also lead the evening event until close.

You'll also play a pivotal role in deputising across various areas of our food and beverage department, including our bars and restaurant.

This role demands hands-on involvement in a bustling environment.

Every task you undertake is underlined by one focus - our guests.

Whether it's taking and serving orders, processing customer transactions or addressing guest enquiries, your passion for elevating guest experiences and consistently surpassing expectations is indispensable.

You'll set the standard to our food and beverage assistants each and every day.

You will need to have flexibility when the unexpected occurs and overtime is paid for any hours that are worked above the contract hours.
