HR Advisor | Nottingham Centre | Hybrid working | £30,000 - £35,000

Are you an experienced
HR Advisor, looking for a new challenge? We have a great opportunity that will give the successful individual global
HR exposure whilst working as part of a wider
HR team.

Working in a fast paced, agile working environment, you will use your
generalist experience to get involved in all areas of
HR, adding value to management and employees whilst delivering against business objectives.

You will spend your time working across:

Employee Relations - through to investigations.

People Engagement.
Analysing
HR Data.

Coaching managers.
Legal - partnering with the legal department, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
On boarding.
identifying
training needs.
Support with restructures,
workforce planning and succession planning.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a
HR Generalist that can bring energy, a team player that is very organised and able to prioritise well.

You will have a good knowledge of
employment law and have worked in a similar role previously. Culture is extremely important, so an employee focused attitude is key.

Working with many internal stakeholders, the ability to build credibility is important and you will also have had experience in analysing data.
