About us

We are a leading supplier of Spill Control and Containment with in GB, NI and ROI with our HQ in Antrim town, we have BDM's based GB, NI and ROI.

and due to sustained growth, we now require a Operations Manager for our warehouse.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

As the Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the warehouse ensuring that all processes run smoothly.

Duties:

Oversee and coordinate the day to day running of the warehouse.
Ensure accuracy of stock by picking orders correctly and reporting any stock changes.
Create a plan each day to ensure the best output and all daily targets are achieved
Prioritise jobs & resources and manage change in fast paced environment
Ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to
Participate in Stock Takes
Assist with the safe and accurate loading of all vehicles
Directing the workload of the Warehouse Operatives.
Planning and scheduling the warehouse tasks, including product assembly.
Oversee and manage Goods In, Goods Out, Picking, Packing and Despatching of orders.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Project manage the warehouse overhaul

You will need to be proactive and ensure the smooth day to day running of the warehouse.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in a Supervisory position, ideally in a warehouse environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Target Driven
Motivated Team player
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Physically able to meet the demands of the role.
