The Role:
Finance Business Partner
Key finance contact for the Divisional Ops Director, responsible for financial management, control, and driving improved performance. This is a hybrid role with one day per week in Lincoln and travel to other business locations


About You:


  • Recognized accounting qualification or in final stages of training.
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a mediumsized company.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and preparing financial reports.
  • Proven ability to analyze and provide meaningful insights.
  • Skilled in business partnering and adding commercial value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented, independent, and deadlinedriven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
