Imperial Workforce are recruiting for a
Plant operator to work in a large recycling business in Middlesbrough.

  • Maintain all areas to ensure they are clean, tidy and free from hazards.
  • Work as part of a team
  • Maintain a positive impression for the Company.
  • Carry out all general work and housekeeping duties as defined by management / Supervision.
  • Report all defects/hazards immediately
  • Treat everyone courteously and respectfully.
  • Ensure the health and safety of yourself and others, including any visitors and contractors.
  • Protect the Plant from damage by foreign objects / items not intended for processing.
  • Inspect mobile plant machinery for defects, reporting any defects immediately.
  • Take part in any training activities, including instructing / coaching of other operatives where required
  • Undertake any other duties as defined by the Site Manager/Shift Supervisor

Hours & Pay:


  • Threeshift pattern which rotates weekly: 6am2.30pm, 2pm10.30pm and 10pm6.30 pm.
  • The salary is
    £12,80 per hour
  • Temp to perm after 10 weeks.
