Description
Initial allocation of functions of which the post holder will have direct responsibility:

  • Work closely with employers to develop work related opportunities for students.
  • Work closely with applicants to match them to work based learning and preemployment opportunities and ensure that they are wellprepared to undertake them.
  • Publicise and promote the opportunities available to potential students and staff in relation to employers and employability
  • Maintain accurate records and management information to support the Operations Managers in reporting to Directors and the Executive Team
  • Find learners for open vacancies and opportunities.
  • Use IT databases effectively to support learner recruitment.
  • Flexible working hours when needed.
  • Assist other departments when needed.
  • Any role as required by line manager.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
