About the Company

An award-winning, leading international law firm with a fantastic reputation are seeking a Graduate Development Coordinator to join their team.

About the Role
This role provides support to the graduate development programme, working closing with the broader recruitment and D&I teams, across a range of areas

Duties include:

Onboarding and induction for trainees
Uploading new joiner details and create offer packs
Maintaining relationships with future/current trainees
Assisting with seat rotation, secondments and coordinating development meetings
Supporting with qualification process
Assisting with wellbeing matters

Job Requirements
You will have previous administration experience within professional services and a demonstrated interest in graduate development. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
