As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Credit Control Specialist to join our team in Burnley.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate customer credit files.
Proactively monitor and chase overdue payments.
Conduct regular credit reviews and assess creditworthiness of customers.
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external clients regarding paymentrelated queries.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and payments.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer concerns and facilitate timely payments.
Provide regular updates and reports on credit control activities to management.

The Successful Applicant:

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in credit control or a related financial role.
Strong understanding of credit risk management and debt collection processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a resultsoriented mindset.
Previous experience within a logistics/manufacturing business would be beneficial.
