This vacancy is offered on a permanent basis.

This is a salaried position, based on a 20+ hour working week, Monday to Friday flexible within 9am to 5pm.

The position also requires a degree of flexibility in response to daily priorities and the needs of the business.


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic marketing assistant with a creative streak and high attention to detail, to join our busy and varied marketing team.

You will work closely with the Marketing manager to help deliver our marketing plans, assisting with shows and exhibitions preparation, image and asset management, creating engaging copy and managing customer and sales rep requests.

Keys Duties and Accountabilities (will include but not limited to)

Key Responsibilities

• Asset management, ensuring our images and product data files are kept up to date
• Proof reading and checking
• Content creation
• Support for marketing events and exhibitions, including collation of marketing materials
• Day to day admin such as invoices, job files, images, and product data

General responsibilities

• Working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop new ideas for marketing assets
• Assist with planning exhibitions and events from finding suppliers to organising show kits
• Creating and managing campaign schedules
• Creating and proofing copy for a variety of media
• Other Marketing tasks as required
• Work to deadlines where necessary

Key Experience and Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of traditional and digital marketing methods
• Experience working in a marketing team
