Job Title:
Project Coordinator

Shepherd Fold Ministry looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of community projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management, multitasking, IT skills and communication skills, able to use your own initiative, as you will collaborate with clients and external teams to deliver.

You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and attending meetings, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and build contacts.

You will assist in the development and implementation of project plans and strategies. Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues.
You prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
You will conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to support project decision-making and assist in the development of technical documentation, including technical writing and editing

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in project coordination or community related roles
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and community support work experience is preferred
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment and partners,
