They pride themselves on their commitment to excellence, innovation, and the highest standards of professionalism. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to join their team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the Board Chair in ensuring the efficient functioning of the Board and its Committees, including compiling Board/Committee packs, producing minutes, and updating all Terms of Reference annually.
  • Facilitate information flow within the Board and its Committees, as well as between senior management and nonexecutive directors.
  • Assist the Board Chair in establishing and maintaining policies and processes necessary for the Board's efficiency.
  • Ensure that all Board directors have access to independent professional advice when needed.
  • Oversee administrative arrangements related to the Society's Management Responsibilities Map, including annual governance processes and Certified Persons reviews.
  • Take on facilities management responsibilities, ensuring a wellmaintained and efficient working environment.
  • Manage hospitality matters for both internal and external meetings, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
  • Coordinate all Board and Committee meetings, handling tasks such as room bookings, travel arrangements, accommodation, and catering.

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Executive Assistant will posses:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within the financial or insurance industry.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
