Senior Ecologist

We are currently looking for a Senior Ecologist to join a multi-disciplinary company based in Surrey.

This is an exciting role where you will be working a mix from home, on site and in the office.

There will also be lots of support to progress within thecompany and salary is dependent on experience.


To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

  • A degree in Ecology or a relevant discipline,
  • Demonstrable consultancy experience,
  • Associate or above CIEEM membership is advantageous,
  • Excellent writing capabilities,
  • Protected Species Licence(s) are advantageous,
  • Full, UK driving licence.

Whilst working as a Senior Ecologist, you will be involved in;:

  • A variety of protected species surveys,
  • Ecological Impact Assessments (EIA),
  • Writing a range of Ecological reports,
  • Liaising with clients, project managers and stakeholders,
  • Preparing fee proposals,
  • Supporting junior members of the team when needed.
