The Role


Are you a senior creative marketing professional? Our newly created Campaigns Lead will guide and lead the Campaign Managers to create impactful campaigns and compelling stories.

You'll bring strategic insight and understanding of marketing to help boost CIPD's message, impact and revenue growth, creating a brand narrative that connects with people.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategic marketing communication planning defining and implementing a strategy that aligns with our strategic goals
  • Managing campaign execution by overseeing the consistent implementation of impactful marketing communications campaigns
  • Analysing the performance of marcomms campaigns and identifying areas for improvement
  • Engaging with stakeholders across the business to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution
  • Being an excellent leader and people manager fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high standards

What You'll Need To Be Successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in marketing communications campaign management to support growth and change.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Budget management experience
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and content management tools.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team towards achieving common goals and adhering to high standards of quality.
