NECS Consultancy offers bespoke management consultancy expertise to a range of clients across health and social care, and we are recruiting a Head of Consultancy Portfolio Lead to join our Senior Leadership Team.

As part of our Consultancy Senior Leadership Team, the individual will be leading an internal portfolio of work that will support the growth and development of our Consultancy Team, alongside delivery of client projects.

We require a dynamic and experienced leader, who is passionate about driving the commercial success of our organisation, supporting, and developing our Consultancy workforce, and winning and delivering complex and high-profile client engagements.

Head of Consultancy is a key role in driving the strategic development of the consultancy business; leading the team through business evolution and change; and delivering thought leadership and innovative ideas to maintain and enhance our value-led culture.

We have consultancy teams across all NHS regions and this role is nationally based, meaning we would expect a combination of home working and travel to NECS regional offices and client locations.
