Package:
Circa £32k - 35K (depending on experience)


Hours of work:
full time; min. 40 hours per week - Permanent position

About the role:
A demanding Recruitment role for someone with flexibility, energy, attention to detail and a "can do" attitude. The role requires a disciplined individual able to manage their time effectively. Spanish or Portuguese language skills would be essential. Must be able to occasionally travel within the UK (less than 10% of the role).

Key Responsibilities

  • Development of job descriptions with the hiring managers, creating and placing job adverts
  • Shortlisting, interviewing, managing the offer and completing associated administrative tasks
  • Researching and appropriate use of recruitment channels such as agencies, job boards, social media etc. considering the recruitment budget
  • Provide feedback to relevant hiring managers at each stage of the recruitment process
  • Coordinate handover of new employees to relevant HR team members
  • Arrange and conduct exit interviews, either face to face or electronically and provide feedback accordingly

General Administration:

  • Sharing of answering the phones
  • Filling & organising existing files, creating new files
  • General laminating, shredding, filling
  • Special projects, as required and directed by the HR Director.

Other:

  • Comply with and uphold the values of the Company's Quality and Environmental Management Systems.

The Person - our minimum skill requirements:

  • Highly proactive, flexible, enthusiastic and pragmatic delivery orientated approach with 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent planning, organizational and prioritisation skills
  • Able to work autonomously, and comfortable with rapid change, as well as working as part of a wider team
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • IT literate (MAC and PC) good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Previous recruitment experience required
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese essential
  • Competent levels of planning and organization
  • Numeracy and literacy to a good level
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • A strong work ethic
