We are currently looking for a
Leader of Learning Innovation Quality and Rigour to join the International School of London at the start of the 23/24 Academic year.

The International School of London was originally founded in 1972 and was amongst the first schools in the country to offer the International Baccalaureate programme.


The Leader of Learning, Innovation Quality and Rigour will be a dynamic educator who is passionate about working and leading within the evolving education landscape.

The Leader of Learning, Innovation Quality and Rigour will develop a whole school culture that creates the conditions for innovation, curiosity and challenge.

They will be excited by the possibilities that exist within a culture of innovation and excellence that connects teachers and students with networks and opportunities within and beyond the school.

Key components of this role are mentoring leaders and teachers, leading curriculum development in line with the latest research, and showcasing innovative school practices in the wider educational community.

The leader of learning will be expected to model exemplary practice in the classroom.
