Reception Administrator

Part-time - 15 hours per week - Mon/Thurs/Fri 9:30am - 2:30pm

Are you highly organised, approachable with a friendly manner and have experience in Reception Administration? If so, an opportunity has arisen to join our friendly team at Errol.

The role:

You will be the first point of contact for visitors and telephone calls to the main Errol office and Plant Sales Depot.

You will be personally motivated by a desire to maintain a professional Reception/Administration service internally and a professional front of house for both customers and suppliers whilst ensuring that a high standard is maintained at all times.

What you'll need:

Excellent telephone and communication skills
Approachable and friendly manner
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Previous experience in a similar type role
Ability to work independently as well as part of the wider team
Enthusiastic and selfmotivated
Ability to build relationships at all levels
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
Experience of Microsoft Office
Outlook, Word, Excel
