With a number of exciting new campaigns launching with some of the UK's top brands, we are looking for people with a keen eye for detail and passion for retail and marketing to help us achieve our ambitious client targets.
As a Shepper Completion Agent, you will be responsible for being at the forefront of getting our campaigns over the line in some of our hardest to reach locations, whilst living the Shepherd experience.
What will you do?
- You will "own" your own geography, completing assigned field marketing jobs to a high standard to satisfy client requirements across mystery shopping, product audits and POS placement
- You will identify opportunities to physically and digitally market in those areas where you are completing jobs, through flyering, stickering, etc. maximising Shepper brand awareness
- No two days will ever be the same, which should appeal to you One day you could be mystery shopping, the next undertaking a product audit check. What we do know is you need to be as comfortable speaking to staff and store merchants in a covert way as you would be checking products for damage
- You will be required to undertake at least two assigned jobs a week
Who is this suited for?
- Field marketing or Shepherd experience is preferred, but if you have a retail/FMCG background, that's great too
- People with a keen eye for detail
- Someone with a keen eye and strong attention to detail
- You must be located in or near one of the following zones (or be willing to travel frequently in this area);
- Zone 1: Invernessshire, Moray
- Zone 2: Cheshire, Merseyside, North Wales
- Zone 3: Tipperary, Waterford, Wexford
- Zone 4: Dorset, Hampshire, West Sussex
- Zone 5: Cumbria, Dumfries and Galloway
- Zone 6: Sligo, Roscommon, Galway
- You must have access to your own vehicle and be happy being on the road, potentially exploring new towns and cities in your assigned geography
- A smartphone is essential, as reporting will be done through the Shepper app
- You will also be looking for flexible work and be happy to travel at short (24 hours) notice if needed, but we like to give you more time than that
- You will need to be set up as PAYE
What will I receive?
- £20 an hour which will include travelling time to and from jobs - with a retainer of 20 hours a month
- Tactical, regular work days will depend on which jobs need completing, but hours will be up to you

The role initially be for a fixed term three month part time contract, with the opportunity to extend._
There are three simple steps;
- Submit your CV and a short cover letter. The cover letter must include;
- A summary on why you are interested in the job and Shepper
- Examples of your previous field marketing and/or Shepper experience
- Confirmation you have access to a vehicle and own a full driving license in your country of residence (UK or Ireland)
- A 30 minute Teams meeting with one of the Shepper Team, where we will run through your experience. This is also your opportunity to ask us any questions you may have
- Depending on your previous experience with Shepper, you may then be asked to complete a real Shepper job (you will receive the Shepherd fee for your time)
