Dimensions is seeking Female Support Workers to make a meaningful difference to two ladies we support in Christchurch by empowering their independence and supporting them to lead fulfilled lives.

The ladies we support are in their 50's & 60's. One has learning disabilities and the other Down's Syndrome and a learning disability.

The ladies both enjoy days full of activities and would like to meet Female Support Workers who can support them to:


  • Going to Fresh Outlook on Tuesdays (activity club where bowling, bowls and arts & crafts happen)
  • Trips to Littledown leisure centre to go swimming
  • Going out in their cars
  • Trips to the beach
  • Heading into town to go shopping
  • Helping to organise long weekends away
  • Looking after their pet rabbit
Female Support Workers will also support the ladies by assisting with day-to-day tasks (which include - but are not limited to - finances, shopping, cooking & personal care)

The ladies would like you to know that they use wheelchairs to be mobile. One at all times, the other when out of the house.


We need Female Support Workers to hold a full UK/EU Driving License (you do not have to have access to a vehicle as you will be driving the people we support in their own vehicles).

Other important information:
