This full-time collections role is based in the heart of Manchester City Centre and offers a basic salary of up to £26,000 DOE with a 10% annual bonus, along withmany excellent benefits, including hybrid working.

If you were already in this Collections Advisor role, here are some areas you would have been working in this week:

Recovering customer arrears via telephone, written communications or any other digital methods introduced into the department/function
Showing empathy to vulnerable customers and setting up repayment arrangements
Adhering to the rules and guidelines set by the company and its regulators (FCA/ICO/FLA)
Completing general administration duties

In return for your dedication, collaboration and commitment, you will receive a basic salary of £22k-£26k DOE with a 10% annual bonus and the following benefits:
