**We are looking for Resourcing Administrator to join the Capital and Commercial Services Resourcing Team on an initial 12-month contract.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW


Working in Severn Trent's Human Resources team, this role will support the resourcing strategy for the Capital & Commercial Services resourcing team, focusing on the Capital Design and Delivery business area.


You will work closely with the Resourcing Business Partner and the Resourcing Consultants, supporting with advert writing, interview scheduling, giving feedback and processing offers.

You will also support the wider team by attending meetings both on and off-site, supporting with data entry and wider administrative duties, and working closely with other Human Resources teams such as Business Partners, Learning and Development and Reward.


This role will also support vital resourcing projects crucial to the successful implementation of the Capital and Commercial resourcing strategy.

You will work closely with the Resourcing Business Partner to build relationships with external partners such as University's, professional bodies, institutes and much more.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE
You will need to be able to think independently, work and work well under pressure in a changing environment.

You will be comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders and will have the ability to build relationships at all levels.

You don't need recruitment, or HR experience to work well in this role - just a strong desire to build an empowering career in diverse, matrix organisation.
