Description

An excellent temporary opportunity has arisen for an immediately available HR Advisor to join a leading luxury hospitality company for a two-month temporary contract.

The role is four days per week, Monday to Thursday inclusive and is based on-site.

The role:

Collaborating closely with the Head of HR.
Employee Relations; partnering with line managers on a range of cases. Able to confidently manage ER cases independently from brief to resolution.
HR Generalist duties such as HR administration, employee lifecycle, managing the HR database.
Assisting with any HR queries and policies.

Who you are:

A confident HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations skills and experience.
Experience within the hospitality industry is ideal, or retail.
Able to manage ER case loads independently and with strong knowledge of employment legislation and the processes.
High proficiency in written and spoken communications.
Someone who enjoys going above and beyond, is happy to help and is a fast learner.
