IT Support Engineer - Fareham (On-site) - £22,000 to £32,000
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual in IT Support looking for their next step


We are searching for an IT Support Engineer to join our expanding team of Engineers to support various different companies with their IT requirements.

The majority of your time will be spent at our modern Fareham office, however you may also be expected tovisit clients in the local area including Portsmouth and Southampton for projects or installs from time to time.


Essential Experience and Qualifications:


  • Excellent ability to troubleshoot all manner of IT related issues.
  • Excellent knowledge of supporting Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
  • Understand Policies and Permissions
  • Active Directory User Management
  • Good knowledge of PC hardware and components.
  • Good understanding of networking technologies, services and protocols.
  • Network troubleshooting abilities.
  • Hardware and Software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Working with MSP tools such as Autotask, Datto and IT Glue

Your duties will include:


  • Providing both remote and onsite support to Microsoft Windows users.
  • Supporting PCs, servers and networks to a 1st/2nd line support level.
  • Occasional visits to clients for projects, installations and onsite support visits.
