Description

Under the direction of the Teaching and Learning Officer and Manager in the School of Engineering, the post holder will contribute to and support the efficient and effective implementation, coordination and maintenance of a number of Teaching, Learning and Student Experience (TLSE) projects and priorities across the School of Engineering.

The role will provide administrative support and act as a key interface with the School's Departments. This role will be key in ensuring a continuous improvement of communications across the School and Faculty. The work of the Project Coordinator will be wide ranging and varied.


You will communicate with stakeholders and a community of colleagues on a day-to-day basis and will provide support to a continued focus on output and successful project delivery.


Key projects could include for example:
Student handbooks and accreditation. Therefore significant knowledge and experience of Teaching and Learning administration is essential.

You will be working in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment and, as such, the range of duties etc. set out below is indicative and not prescriptive. You will be expected to show flexibility and adaptability in meeting the developing needs of the School.

A proactive, positive and energetic approach is important as is the ability to establish a good rapport with all stakeholders.
