The Position

Degree level qualification in a Town Planning related field and Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) / working towards chartership.
Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
Experience in contributing to integrated impact assessment and business case preparation would be ideal.
Desirable experience in the planning for and completion of public consultation events as part of the planning process.
Experience in the consenting of major infrastructure projects under the Development Consent Order regime would be a bonus.
Ideally having worked with infrastructure and built environment clients.
Understanding the commercial aspects involved in managing projects.
