Meet & Greet Volunteer - South Shields - Waythrough

Work Pattern and Location

The role is based in our office at Cookson House, located in the North East region of England, specifically in South Shields. The work pattern is Monday to Friday.

About the Role

• Provide a welcoming meet and greet service to people attending STARS.
• Answer internal phone calls.
• Replenish leaflets / resources.
• Create and maintain displays in the waiting area / rooms.
• Copying / printing resources for colleagues.

Support Services

• Support with any physical, emotional or mental health needs.
• Needle Syringe programme.
• Recovery and detox programmes.
• One to one and group therapy.
• Social activities.
• Education, training and employment opportunities.
