Due to increase in capacity and our brand new baby lodge, we are excited to be recruiting for Early Years Practitioners to join our superstar team at Early Steps Are you not afraid to get a little messy? How to Apply:
About the Early Years Practitioner role:
- Salary: We pay higher than most Up to £11.60 per hour for practitioner role
- Hours: Full time, Monday
- Friday, hours between 7.15am 6.15pm OR part time, three days minimum with no restricted availability to work

Role of the Early Years Practitioner:
- Working with the amazing childcare team to provide stimulating and fun activities for children, support daily routines and preparing them in readiness for school
- Key worker responsibilities includes planning, observations, report writing and working with the EYFS framework
- We pride ourselves on giving our parents and families the best experience
Requirements for the Early Years Practitioner role:
- Must hold a minimum full and relevant level 3 childcare qualification
- Have exceptional understanding of safeguarding
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Good computer skills and literacy skills are essential to this role
