The role
Career and Counselling Administrator Location negotiable, permanent, 17.5 hours (job share) There is more to the RCN than you might think.

As our Career and Counselling administrator you'll use your enthusiasm, your positivity and your customer service skills to deliver an exceptional service to our members.
In this varied role every day will be filled with possibilities. You will get involved in anything from handling referrals to managing diaries. We'll look to you to provide administrative support to our counsellors and career coaches. It's a great way to build on your skills and experience and develop your potential.The person
As well as exceptional customer service, to join us you'll need an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and databases to an intermediate level.
You will have the ability to show empathy when speaking to customers. You will have excellent skills in prioritisation and multi-tasking within a dynamic and fast paced service. Whatever your background, you'll be efficient, accurate and show a real customer focus in all you do.
