Have you got experience working within an Estate Agency and now want to Kickstart your career within Lettings as a negotiator? Do you have the ability to communicate effectively and ambition to SELL SELL SELL? If the answer is YES then this role is for YOU
You will join an innovative Sales & lettings agency based in the heart of
Grays, Essex and be apart of a lively team Full training is given for those who are successful within this role.
Duties for this role include;
- Liaising with potential clients (Sellers, Buyers, landlords and tenants)
- Answering incoming calls and redirecting calls to the relevant department
- Listing properties using an inhouse digital CRM
- Diary management
- Arranging bookings for properties and hosting viewings on sites
- Ensuring all tenants are compliance checked
- Generating new potential vendor and landlord leads.

Job Types:

35 to 40 hours per week
Salary:
£16,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus scheme
- Commission
- OTE of between £25k to £40K
- Company car or travel Allowance if using own car
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability (if required)
