An incredible opportunity has arisen for a full time or part time Team Administrator to support a team in an office based in Fulham.
They are looking for someone who has 2+ years' experience within an admin role and ideally within property - not necessary though You will be needed in the office twice a week between 9am-5.30pm but there is flexibility here and they are offering up to £35k with some lovely benefits.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Gathering and organising paperwork and processes
- Property administration
- Collating information and documents for lawyers
- Research and due diligence checks
- Ad hoc duties
WHO YOU ARE
A personable individual who is energetic, flexible and an excellent team player. You will be extremely humble and have a no job is too big or too small attitude.
Requirements:
- Have at least 2+ years' admin experience
- Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
- Great attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Excellent communication skills and a muck in attitude
