We are currently recruiting for a Customer Collection Advisor to join the team at our Head Office which is located just a 12-minute walk from Cowcaddens subway station and free onsite parking is available.
The Role:
- Responsible for escalated issues from the Credit Control team.
- Answer any customer queries regarding disputes with invoices.
- Ability to overcome stalls and objections to come to agreement for debt collection
- Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills and a real ability to build a rapport with customers
- Using your initiative to create original solutions to problems
About You:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous telephone experience
- Previous Customer Service experience is desirable however not essential
- Previous experience in Credit Control is desirable however not essential
- Great problemsolving skills
- Track record in customer query management
- Ability to work both a team and as an individual
- Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team
- Ability to strive within a busy environment
- Knowledgeable on MS Office
Job Bio:

Glasgow, G4 9UD Monday - Friday 8.30-5pm (no evenings or weekends)
£19,760 per annum + uncapped bonus (OTE £23,000)
