    Description:

    We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Learning Content Developer to join our team. As a key member of our content development team, you will be responsible for creating engaging, interactive, and cutting-edge digital learning content that supports our learners' needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing and delivering the production of all SCORM, text, audio and video content created for our learners
    • Advising on the use of appropriate technologies, platforms, and current trends
    • Interpreting briefs to create engaging, educational digital content
    • Contributing to content design and advising on the use of appropriate technologies, platforms, and current trends
    • Creating, reviewing, and editing SCORM, text, audio and video content to a brilliant standard

    Requirements:

    • Advanced skills in a range of software used to create and edit SCORM, text, audio and video content
    • Highly skilled at merging audio with video to produce high quality, easy to follow, educational videos
    • Experience using document and image editing software, such as Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
    • Experience creating animated video content and/or eLearning content
    • Experience using generative AI tools such as TTS
