Litigation Legal Secretary

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
  • Schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings
  • Maintain case files and assist with case management
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of findings
  • Manage attorney calendars and schedules
  • Transcribe dictations and other audio recordings

Requirements:


  • At least 1 experience as a Legal Secretary (Ideally Litigation)
  • Thorough knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software programs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Fast and accurate audiotyping skills
