Litigation Legal Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings
- Maintain case files and assist with case management
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of findings
- Manage attorney calendars and schedules
- Transcribe dictations and other audio recordings
Requirements:
- At least 1 experience as a Legal Secretary (Ideally Litigation)
- Thorough knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software programs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Fast and accurate audiotyping skills
