Description
An award-winning Employee Benefits organisation currently seek to recruit an Employee Benefits Consultant to join their growing team.

The Employee Benefits division makes up part of the business, they also have a very successful Financial Planning arm &growing mortgage division.


Your role will be to manage a portfolio of clients, providing excellent client service and spotting further opportunities through understanding your client's needs.

To proactively grow, manage and retain clients, by developing new business opportunities.

To collaborate with the Corporate Financial Planners and Business Development Manager to deliver Auto Enrolment Workplace Pensions to new clients.


To be considered you must have:

  • Proven successful track record in target driven environment
  • Previous experience of working as an Employee Benefits consultant
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the Pension, Health, Risk & Wellbeing marketplace, products, and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience in conducting presentations to large audiences.
  • Experience in developing relationships within the Employee Benefits arena.
  • Experience achieving/exceeding financial targets.
  • Proven experience of understanding clients' needs and providing focussed solutions with successful results.


This is a 'desk based' employee benefits consultant position - however the client also offers flexible working split between home & office.

Our client is offering a basic salary to £35,000 + bonus and excellent company benefits. This is a growing business so there will be plenty of opportunities to progress within the company.
