My client is one of the largest privately owned property companies in the country. Working from their Alderley Edge head office, they are currently looking to make an addition to their team, in the form of an Executive SecretaryThe Role
- Typing, collating correspondence, amending and formatting documents quickly and accurately
- Liaise with banks and deal with associated documents
- Taking messages accurately
- Receiving and sorting incoming mail where required
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as and when required
The Person
- Previous secretarial experience
- Audio typing preferable but not essential
- Confidentiality is imperative
- An eye for detail
- Excellent / fast and accurate typing skills (65+wpm)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential including the ability to relate to people at all levels
- Professional telephone manner and the ability to take messages effectively and efficiently
- Ability to use initiative and to work well under pressure / to deadlines
- Ability to multitask
- Personable, but professional
- Enjoy working in a busy environment
Salary and Benefits
Generous base salary of £35,000 plus fantastic company benefits including ongoing development and support, free onsite parking, ample holiday allowance, Christmas shut down, generous company pension, and more.
