Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries and issues over the phone.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints
  • Perform data entry to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,687.29 per year
